Bio:

Dr Anna Ord MD, FRACGP is a family physician, a General Practitioner with special interest in nutritional and environmental medicine. She obtained her speciality training with Royal College of General Practitioners in the UK over a decade ago.
After being diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis 4 years ago, she became determined to discover more about this common autoimmune condition in order to help herself  and her patients manage  the daily symptoms.  She continues to attend courses and workshops to develop her expertise  in the field of nutritional medicine.  She recently became an ACNEM Certified Doctor ( Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine).
In this course she is sharing the knowledge she has gained,  in an easily digestible way, to help you on the journey of regaining control over your symptoms.

I highly recommend this course.

Dr Anna has a wealth of knowledge on how to cope with Hashimotos Thyroiditis and changes to help improve symptoms.

It is broken down into sections that are so easy to understand.

Dr Anna understands more on this subject than any other Dr I have seen, ever.

I do struggle with the effects of Hashimotos and can't find the motivation to do much about it. Eg weight loss. But after this course, I now find I have the motivation to start the changes I need.

Dr Ord's course on Hashimoto's disease is an excellent introduction for anyone diagnosed with this auto-immune disease.  

The accessibility of the online course allowed me to listen to the recordings at any time, making it so easy for me and my busy schedule. 

I loved the bite-size sessions and breaking things down into simple blocks. 

Dr Ord's educational resource is a helpful overview of Hashimoto's Disease, drawing from her own personal and medical backgrounds.   It covers many of the impacting factors that affect thyroid health and reminded me of a few areas that I need to keep on top of. I look forward to seeing what Dr Ord does next.
